ABOUT the collection
This is an ever growing album of my two favorite subjects to photograph: the human condition and the surrounding environments that support it — at a scale that reminds us how small we are in comparison to the world in which we live.
Most of these were taken while I interned abroad in Seoul, South Korea, which I called home for 2 months, and where spent much of my time outside of work observing the everyday scenes of life from the perspective of a foreigner. Scattered in-between are snapshots from other places I've visited throughout the years.
I have rarely talked to any of the strangers I have photographed, nor will I probably ever encounter them again in the future. However, I remain curious about who they have been, who they showed up as when we crossed paths, and who they have become since then.
Here is "Photos, from a Stranger" (from me to you).
